Refund Policy

At Velove, we strive to deliver exceptional value through our enterprise transformation and digital evolution services. Because of the bespoke, high-level nature of our consulting and system modernization services, our refund policy is structured to reflect the resources committed.

1. Strategy and Assessment Services

For services such as our Business Assessment or Transformation Roadmap (including the Evolution Starter plan), refunds are not generally provided once the assessment phase has commenced. If you choose to cancel before the project kickoff, a full refund (minus administrative fees) will be issued.

2. Ongoing Transformation Engagements

For long-term engagements (Growth Evolution and Enterprise Evolution Suite), contracts are typically billed on a milestone or retainer basis.

  • Completed milestones are non-refundable.
  • If you terminate the engagement early, you will be billed only for the work completed up to the termination date.
  • Any prepaid amounts for uncommenced future milestones will be refunded.

3. Exceptions

We evaluate requests for refunds on a case-by-case basis. If there has been a fundamental failure on our part to deliver the agreed-upon scope of work, we will work with you to find an equitable resolution, which may include partial or full refunds.
